Shipping policy

NO FREE SHIPPING (yay)!

We will not add to the cost of your order by adding any expense except as required by your country to get your tacos! We treat all our brothers and sisters around the world the same; people outside of the United States already pay more per taco because of duties and taxes and so it is even more unfair to offer FREE Shipping only in the states (and poor taco makers cannot afford to offer global free shipping; besides, free shipping is a lie as you are paying for it with increased product costs and fees.)

We are using the Shopify Shipping application. This means prior to the final checkout you should be shown all known and calculatable costs. If any additional duties, taxes or fees are required by your country prior to delivery, then you will need to pay them (we are sorry if this is the case as we want our tacos to be affordable for everyone, everywhere).

We can only track shipping and delivery as far as the software allows. We only use the U.S.P.S. to ship our tacos as it is the most standard, normalized, method for global distribution. This means there may be some uncertainty once our packages are received within a country's internal systems; this also means we will be exposed to certain claims of non-delivery of an order; and while we will do our best to rectify anything extraordinary, we may not shoulder the burden of proof. Please make sure you input your delivery address properly as we may not be able to error trap your mistakes. IF we feel an order is of high value, or susceptible to loss, or claims of non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange for more definitive (and expensive) delivery method, or cancel your order.
