Refund policy
Our Refund policy: No questions asked!
We need our tacos back. BUT we do not mind if you have been using them and have already recycled our packaging (we can resell your tacos to our industrial customers who only want tacos).
Send a note to "Returns@TigerTaco.com" and we will get right back to you. We will make sure your tacos are from us and account for any non-taco costs (rebuying tacos is easy but shipping costs (to you and back to us) and taxes or duties are more complex).
We are poor taco makers but we want to refund all of your Ordering and Returning costs; however, we reserve the right not to repay non-product costs (it protects us from heinous things).
- We will buy back your tacos for your product cost.
- We do not care if you have used them for over a year.
- We do not care if you do not have the original packaging or receipts.
- We will try to "refund" non-taco costs from your purchase and return.
- We will do all of this as quickly and nicely as we can.
Tiger Taco Box Clips are not for everyone.
If you impulsively order things, then the least we can do is not make you pay for your curiosity (as our tacos are the least of your concerns).
Many inventors and makers will send you FREE samples to stop this sort of return (nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more!~).
